Return and Refund Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition.

• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.

• The product must not be damaged, modified, incorrectly installed, or misused.

• The customer must contact us within the 14-day return period.

• All returned products are subject to inspection and approval.

Products Ordered Incorrectly by the Customer

For delivered orders, if a customer purchases the wrong product, selects an incorrect model, or provides incorrect compatibility information, the customer must personally bring the product to our store for return or exchange.

Our delivery driver will not collect products that were ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Before purchasing laptop batteries, screens, keyboards, chargers, adapters, fans, or other replacement parts, customers must verify the model number, part number, connector, voltage, wattage, size, and compatibility.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Products

If 7 Stars Computer delivers an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us immediately with the invoice and photos or videos showing the issue.

After inspection, we may provide a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund where appropriate. Returns caused by an error from 7 Stars Computer will be handled separately with the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

A return may be refused if the product:

• Has been damaged or misused by the customer

• Was incorrectly installed

• Has been modified or repaired without authorization

• Is missing its packaging, accessories, or parts

• Is not in the condition in which it was sold

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
