Delivery Area

7 Stars Computer currently provides delivery services within Kuwait only.

Delivery Schedule

Our delivery drivers normally leave at the following two times each day:

• Morning delivery trip: 11:00 AM

• Evening delivery trip: 6:30 PM

Confirmed orders will be assigned to the nearest available delivery trip, depending on the order confirmation time, product availability, delivery location, and route availability.

Orders confirmed after the evening delivery trip may be delivered on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charges are not fixed. The charge will depend on the distance between our store and the customer’s delivery location.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout or confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

Free Store Pickup

Free store pickup is available from our showroom:

Showa Complex, Ibn Khaldoun Street, Hawally, Kuwait

We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a correct phone number, area, block, street, building or house number, floor, apartment number, and accurate location.

The customer must be available to receive the order at the confirmed delivery time. An additional delivery charge may apply if delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability.
