Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur.

7 Stars Computer reserves the right to correct errors or cancel an order due to incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD).

Orders and Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.

We may contact the customer or request additional information to verify an order. An order may be held or cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchasing laptop batteries, screens, keyboards, chargers, adapters, fans, and other replacement parts.

Please verify the model number, part number, connector, voltage, wattage, size, and other relevant specifications. Contact us before ordering if you need assistance.

Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed securely through Shopify or an authorized third-party payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Delivery

Delivery is available to supported locations in Kuwait. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, customer response, traffic, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide a correct address and be available to receive the order.

Returns and Exchanges

New and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the invoice date, provided they are in their original condition and include all packaging, accessories, and the invoice.

Used products may be returned within 10 days if they remain in the same condition and functionality in which they were sold.

Return delivery costs will be covered by us only when the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by 7 Stars Computer. All returns are subject to inspection and our Return Policy.

Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product and the information provided on the product page or invoice.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, modification, or the use of incompatible equipment.

Website Use

You may not use this Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Website content, images, graphics, and design may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 7 Stars Computer is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service interruptions, customer-provided incorrect information, or damage caused by improper installation or use.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the applicable laws of Kuwait.
